With the airplane,
you will presumably land Rhine Ruhr on the airport Duesseldorf.
From Duesseldorf you reach Krefeld either with the airport
bus line 072 directly or with the rapid-transit railway to the
Duesseldorf main station and from there with the train over
Neuss to Krefeld main station.
You can reach Krefeld main station via the trains in direction:
Neuss/Köln, Neuss/Düsseldorf/Mönchengladbach/Aachen,
Duisburg and Geldern/Kleve.
Those trains stop at Krefeld main station, some fo them also
stop at qarter stations in Uerdingen
The next IC /ICE stops are in Duesseldorf and Duisburg.
